Reset your password
Type the email address your AimsCraft orders are confirmed to and we will send a single-use reset link. It usually arrives within two minutes and stays valid for 30 minutes. Nothing about your account changes until you open that link and choose a new password.
What happens next
- Enter the address your order confirmations arrive at. Nothing is sent to an address we do not hold, and the screen looks identical either way.
- Open the link within 30 minutes. It works once, and requesting a new one immediately cancels the previous link.
- Choose a password of at least eight characters. Twelve or more with mixed case, a digit and a symbol is what we consider strong.
- Saving it signs you out on every other device, which is the quickest way to lock out a lost phone. Your bag, wishlist and addresses are untouched.

Reset questions, answered
How long does the reset email take to arrive?
About two minutes, and almost always under five. It comes from support@aimscraft.com with the subject line “Reset your AimsCraft password”. If it has not appeared after ten minutes, check the spam and Promotions folders, then request a second link: the first one stops working the moment a newer one is issued.
How long is the reset link valid?
Thirty minutes from the moment it is sent, and it can only be used once. Opening an expired link shows a page that offers to send a fresh one rather than an error. Requesting a new link immediately invalidates any earlier link, so always use the newest email in your inbox.
I never got the email. What now?
The usual cause is a different address, most often a work email used for a corporate gifting order. Try any address you might have ordered on. If your account was created with a mobile number and never had an email verified, sign in with a six-digit SMS code instead and add an email address afterwards.
Does resetting my password sign me out everywhere?
Yes, deliberately. Saving a new password ends every session on every device except the one you are resetting from. That is the fastest way to lock out a lost or stolen phone. Your bag, wishlist and saved addresses are untouched, so nothing needs rebuilding afterwards.
Can someone use this form to find out whether I shop here?
No. The confirmation screen is identical whether or not the address exists on our system, and no email is sent to an address we do not hold. Requests are rate limited to five per address per hour, so the form cannot be used to test a list of addresses either.
Will resetting my password affect an order already on its way?
Not at all. Orders, invoices, tracking and return windows are held against the account, not the session. A parcel dispatched yesterday keeps its AWB number and its delivery date. You can also follow it without signing in at all, using the order number and mobile number on order tracking.
