Gift card questions
How long is an AimsCraft gift card valid?
Every gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the card email and shown whenever you check the balance. If a card lapses with a balance still on it, write to support@aimscraft.com within 30 days and we will reissue it once as a courtesy.
Can a gift card be used on sale items?
Yes. An AimsCraft gift card behaves exactly like cash at checkout, so it works on full-price items, sale items and clearance alike. It can also be combined with a discount coupon in the same order — the coupon is applied first, then the gift card is drawn against whatever remains.
What happens if the order costs less than the card?
The unused balance stays on the card for the next order. Nothing is lost and no cash refund is issued for the remainder. You can check what is left at any time using the balance checker on this page, or from the Wallet & rewards section of your account.
Can I send a gift card to someone outside India?
Yes. Digital gift cards are delivered by email, so the recipient can be anywhere in the world. Bear in mind that the card is denominated in Indian rupees and that the recipient will need a delivery address we ship to — see our shipping page for the current list of destinations.
Is a physical gift card available?
Yes, for orders of ₹5,000 and above. We print the card on handmade Kashmiri paper, seal it in a walnut-wood sleeve and dispatch it from Srinagar within two working days. Choose Physical card at the top of this page and add the recipient's postal address at checkout.
Can gift cards be refunded or exchanged for cash?
No. In line with Indian consumer regulations and our own terms, gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded once issued. They are transferable, though — if the code has not been redeemed you are free to forward it to somebody else.
